Pressley always goes above and beyond when I bring in The Dutchess for service! Plus she makes sure to wash and clean Her each time! Excellent customer service 💯💯💯
I was told by the service person that checked me out that my car was washed and it was not. I wasn’t too impressed with the delivery. My floor mat-was dirty.. also when you try to call there and a virtual person answers the phone she or he does not let you finish talking to get you to the right department.
I’ve had service on my vehicle twice in the past year terrible service. Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.
I called yesterday to get an appointment. Presley was such a bubble, I could her smile over the phone. Got me in the next day. My service was exceptional! Just moved here from CA so my car was the dirtiest it's ever been with the rain and dust here. They washed and vacuumed it. She was sparkling when I picked her up🤗 I am very impressed and pleased with Lane Rover Albuquerque, thank you Presley and Andrew, what a team👏👏👏
