This dealership treats me with courtesy and professionalism. The service person relates what my vehicle is needing quickly and accurately. The service is usually performed well and effectively. Communicating with service people is easy and fast. The office is kept clean and tidy. People greet you with friendliness. I always enjoy my experience with Landrover.
The last 2 times I’ve sent my vehicle to be serviced the cs rep was very unpleasant. The first of 2 visits (about 3 months ago) I spent $8+k on repairs only to have them overfill the oil and to “lose” the entire contents of the glovebox. Today I pick up the car and both the main as well as the auxiliary battery covers are sitting in the passenger side footwell and the related fasteners are in the cup holder.
