The Range Rover Sport has 335 horsepower, standard. Beginning with the standard model of the SUV, equipping an MHEV all-wheel drive P360 powertrain that creates 355 HP. Next up is the Dynamic SE model creating 395 HP and then the Autobiography model producing 434hp. The biggest horsepower production is exclusive for the First Edition model with 553 lb-ft of torque and 523 horsepower.
The Range Rover Sport has a 4,990-5,860lb curb weight. With a complex design and a bold frame for support, each Range Rover Sport model lists its own unique curb weight. The standard Range Rover Sport model will be the only model that has a curb weight coming in below 5,000lbs. The First Edition and Dynamic model curb weights are a bit over 5,000lbs. The electric Autobiography model of the Range Rover Sport produces a large curb weight of 5,860lbs.
The Range Rover Sport ground clearance is 8.5in. Looking into larger SUVs, a lot of the time they don’t list a tall amount of ground clearance, especially not 8.5 inches. However, the Range Rover Sport does and can get upgraded while driving off-road, rising to 11.1 inches for plenty of durabilities. The last 2 times I’ve sent my vehicle to be serviced the cs rep was very unpleasant. The first of 2 visits (about 3 months ago) I spent $8+k on repairs only to have them overfill the oil and to “lose” the entire contents of the glovebox. Today I pick up the car and both the main as well as the auxiliary battery covers are sitting in the passenger side footwell and the related fasteners are in the cup holder.
