The staff at was very professional and courteous. Wonderful experience. The agents kept me fully updated every step of the way. They were honest with what they were doing and did not try to overcharge me like other dealers do.

My husband and I had the best car purchase experience in our time life when we visit Land Rover of Albuquerque. We met with Matt Landcaster he made our journey so pleasant and his knowledge on Range Rover was outstanding, helped us learn about the Velar and show us the amazing features of the 2025 Range Rover Velar. He was very responsive, answered all our questions and we love talking to him about cars and motorcycles.
This is the 2nd time I have bought from Land Rover Albuquerque and I was not disappointed. Sixteen years between purchases and even with new people, I still get impeccable service. Layla B. is super nice and exquisitely knowledgeable. She answered all my questions without hesitation nor any hint of annoyance. Really, every person I worked with, Amy M. and a gentleman whose name I cannot remember, were exceptional throughout the entire process. 10/10 would totally buy from again (though not highly likely because 16 years with my 2008 RR Sport HSE will hopefully be the same or much longer with my 2024 Defender 90).

My rating is based on correction of the major issues of reporting to the customer.

Do NOT buy here my car is a lemon! I have had numerous never ending problems with my vehicle and that’s an understatement! It is apparent they do not expect there used vehicles at all! Take your business elsewhere for your own well-being
Gino has helped up the last few times we've brought my car in for warranty work. He is always very friendly and helpful and communicates with us with what is going on. We drive 3 hours to be serviced by Albuquerque land rover.
Takes too long for service. A simple oil/filter change took 2 1/2 hours.

It was a great experience from start to finish including the financing. The next thing I want to say is that they took great care of the car before the sale.
